By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Articles, case studies and prices are for information. Results shown belong to specific clients and do not guarantee similar results. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, and may change; only a written quote binds ADIGI360.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s text, visuals, logos and code belong to ADIGI360 or their owners. Client and platform logos remain their owners’ property. You may quote a short excerpt with a link to the source page.
5. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the site, try to bypass its security, or send unlawful content through its forms.
6. External links
The site links to third-party sites (Calendly, ad platforms, documentation). ADIGI360 is not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ADIGI360 is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the site.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. The courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
